Pear Start Launch: Positioning a Teacher-Built AI SaaS for Scale

Owned content and GTM messaging for the launch of Pear Start, an AI-powered instructional planning tool within Pear Deck Learning’s SaaS platform. Developed a differentiated value narrative that shifted Pear Start’s market perception from generic “AI time-saver” to a teacher-informed, data-driven solution delivering measurable student outcomes—a message aligned to district-level buyer needs.

Executed a multi-channel launch (blog, email, and social) that drove 2K pre-launch signups and surpassed the 7K-teacher goal before the August 1 target date. Campaign blogs averaged 5K+ organic views, fueling pipeline growth and strengthening brand authority in the K-12 AI SaaS category.
